All zip codes within Davis County saw price increases in the 3rd quarter 2007 compared to the same quarter last year. Six zip codes went up in double digits, with Layton 84040 returning the largest gain of 25.09%. Four zip codes went up in single digits with Syracuse 84075 returning the smallest gain of 0.28%. Even with these price increases, the number of homes/units sold followed the trend seen in Salt Lake County / Utah County and were well down on levels seen a year ago.
