Davis County 2nd Quarter 2007 Home Prices |

On the whole home prices in Davis County Utah showed good year on year gains. The one zip code that did show a considerable fall was North Salt Lake 84054 which went down over 26%. Behind the scenes the figures do not look so rosy. The number of homes actually sold in the 2nd quarter was way down on last years numbers. For example, 84015 had 297 sales in 2nd quarter 2007, while back in 2006 there were over 400 homes sold. This is a sign of a transitional market where prices still look like they are appreciating but the market is slowing. |
