2010 Annual Home Prices
All but two zip codes saw their median home prices fall in 2010. The only exceptions were Layton 84040 up 2.92% and Kaysville 84037 up 0.49%. The worst performing Davis County zip codes were Bountiful 84010 down 8.03% and Syracuse 84075 down 6.84%. One of the few bright points was that unlike 2009, none of the zip codes saw double digit declines.
Overall, the Davis County median home price for single family homes was $210,000 in 2010, a drop of 3.25%.
