For the first time in some years the annual median home price in Davis County actually went up. The 2012 median home price for a Davis County single family home stood at $200,000, up a modest 2.67% increase. While this lags behind the price increases seen in Salt Lake County it is still encouraging, and will hopefully continue into 2013.
Just one zip code in Southern Davis County experienced a decline in their median sales price with Kaysville 84037 going down 2.53%. Of the remaining zip codes that went up in value, the Layton zip codes of 84040 up 9.80% and 84041 up 8.48% were the best performing.
