Davis County 1st Quarter 2007 Home Prices
Davis County home prices continued to see good gains over the last year with most areas seeing double digit increases. The largest increase was in North Salt Lake where prices went up a staggering 41% in the 1st quarter 2007 compared to Q1 2006. In addition to this the cities of Kaysville, Layton (84041), and Woods Cross all went up more than 20%. The only city to see a single digit increase was Centerville.
