Just like in Salt Lake County, Davis County home prices are coming under pressure from a rising inventory of unsold homes. In the first quarter 2008, four zip codes saw their median home price go down and five zip codes saw their median home price go up. The area experienci9ng the largest decline was North Salt Lake 84075, whose median price declined 10.91%. Syracuse experienced the largest gain, going up 6.69% to $255,000.
