Utah County 3rd Quarter 2007 Home Prices

The Utah County real estate market is stabilizing after see a strong sellers market over the last 2 years. The number of active / under contract listings is up nearly 50% on the levels seen last year, while the number of homes sold decreased approximately 30%. Inventory levels are increasing in all price ranges except for the under $200,000, where the market remains strong. Even with the markets stabilization, Utah County home prices went up in all areas except 2.
