Utah County First Quarter 2010 Home Prices
Northern Utah County continued to struggle in the first quarter, with just three zip codes seeing their median home price increase. These were American Fork 84003 (up 7.25%), Spanish Fork 84660 (up 3.57%) and Saratoga Springs 84045 (up 0.29%). On the other hand three zip codes experienced double digit declines, with Pleasant Grove 84062 coming off the worst, going down over 14%.
Overall Utah County median home prices declined 5.78% to $212,000, while the number of homes sold increased over 17% to 835.
