Utah County housing market experienced another good quarter with the median home price rising to $235,000, a gain of 12.09%. All but one of the northern Utah County zip codes saw their median home price increase, with only American Fork 84003 showing a decline, going doen 3.22%. The best perfoming areas were Alpine increasing 22% and Spanish Fork increasing 27%.
