Prices up, sales up and days on market down was the story for the Utah County real estate market in the 2nd quarter 2013. The median price for a single family home increased 13.57% in the 2nd quarter, to $224,870. The number of homes sold also increased 15.87% to 1,475 homes. Homes were also selling more than twice as fast as last year, with a median days on market of 22 days, down 55.10%.
