1st Quarter 2013 Home Prices
The Utah County housing market roared back to life in the 1st quarter 2013, with all Northern Utah County zip codes experiencing respectable increases in median home price. In fact some of the areas returned exception increases in their median sales price, with Salem 84653 increasing over 38% and American Fork 84003 increasing over 29%.
For all of Utah County the median sales price increased from $189,450 to $215,000, an increase of 13.49%. Homes were selling faster with the median days on market dropping from 72 to 41 days and home sales increased 4.97% to 993 homes sold.
