2015 was a good year for the Salt Lake County housing market. The median sales price for a single family home saw a 6.67% increase and now stands at an all-time high of $272,000. All this was on the back of strong home sales, with 13,343 units sold in 2015, an impressive 14.71% increase over 2014. Homes also sold faster, taking a median of 21 days to go under contract, that’s 40% faster than 2014.
