Utah County median homes sales prices increased for the third quarter in a row, with prices rising a very respectable 8% to $205,200. When we look at the regional data for northern Utah County only 2 of the 14 zip codes declined in value, with the worst performing being American Fork which went down 9.04% to $236,500. Four of the zip codes experienced double digit gains, with Mapleton 84664 up 18,93% and Eagle Mountain 84005 up 12.80%.
