Home prices in Utah County saw modest gains in the 2nd quarter 2014, with the median home sales price climbing 6.67% to $240,000. This was on the back of declining sales which dropped 4.38% to 1461. The most concerning data point was the median days on market (amount of time it took to put an home under contract), which rose sharply up 80.95% to 38 days.

Looking at the northern part of the county, just 3 zip codes saw their median sales price drop, with Alpine 84004 declining the most with a 20% drop. The best performing area was Lindon 84042 which climbed 19.17%.
