4th Quarter 2011 Home Prices
For the first time in a number of years Southern Davis County saw the median home price increase in same number of zip codes, as those that decreased. Of the five zip codes that went up in value Farmington 84025 up 7.03% and North Salt Lake 84054 up 5.7% experienced the largest gains. Of the areas that went down Clearfield 84015 down 12.50% experienced the largest fall. This turn around in prices was driven by a 25% increase in the number of Davis County home sales.
For all of Davis County the median home price for single family homes actually went down, falling just under 5% to $194,000.
