2nd Quarter 2011 Home Prices
All but one southern Davis County zip code saw their median home price for single family homes decrease in the second quarter 2011. The only zip code to increase was Farmington 84025, which increased 7.78%. Of those zip codes that went down Woods Cross 84087 and Centerville 84014 both saw double digit declines.
When compared to the previous quarter things start to look a bit better, with prices in the majority of zip codes actually showing an improvement. Lets hope this can carry forward to the next few quarters and maybe then we can see year on year increases.
The overall median home price for single family homes was $193,450, down from $212,000 in the second quarter 2010, and $195,450 in the last quarter.
