3rd Quarter 2009 Home Prices
Home prices for the third quarter 2009 continued to decline in Utah County. Only two of the 14 zip codes in northern Utah County saw their median home prices go up. Lindon home prices increased 4.36% and Springville went up 6.22%. Of the zip codes that went down in value, Pleasant Grove suffered the worst with a 23.79% decline.
One good sign is that the number of home sales substantially increased year over year, improving 14.17% to 1297.
