2nd Quarter 2011 Home Prices
It was a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to Utah County home prices in the second quarter 2011. Three zip codes saw their median home prices increase, American Fork 84003, Lindon 84042 and Santaquin 84655. The other Northern Utah County zip codes all went down with two of them Pleasant Grove 84062 and Springville 84663 seeing double digit declines.
The overall Utah County median home price for single family homes was $194,648, down from $206,042 for the same quarter last year.
