Davis County experienced a somewhat mixed bag when it came to single family home prices in the fourth quarter 2010. Places like Farmington 84025 experienced a strong quarter with its median home price increasing 11.74% compared with last year. This was backup up with small home price increases in Kaysville 84037 up 3.75%, and Layton 84041 up 1.18%. While these areas saw their median home price increase, most of the zip codes experienced decreases. The Davis County areas hit the worst were Bountiful 84010 down 13.65% and North Salt Lake down 8.67%.
The single family median home price for all of Davis County was $204,500, which was down 5.13% from the fourth quarter 2009. The number of Davis County homes sold were also down, declining 32.57% to 565 single family homes.
