The fourth quarter Davis County home sales prices remained unchanged, with the medians sales prices stuck at $225,000 (single family homes sales only). While the number of sales were up over 15% in the quarter, this seemed to have little impact on home prices. Homes also took longer to sell, taking a median of 47 days to sell, an increase of 14%.
The best performing southern Davis County zip codes were Clearfield 84015 up 12.54% and Farmington 84025 up 10.56%. The worst performing area was Centerville 84014 which declined 16.24%.
