Looking at the home sales data for the southern part of Davis County things look pretty rosy on the surface, with all but one of the zip codes increasing their median sales price, with just Woods Cross missing out, declining 1.86%. The best performing areas were Centerville up 30% and Kaysville up 19%.
If we compare the current quarter with the previous quarter we see that price increases have stagnated, actually showing a slight decline going from $227,000 to $223,823.
