There were continued signs of a strong housing market in the 2nd quarter, with the median sales prices of a single family home standing at $267,000, an increase of 11.60%. Homes sold also showed strong gains with 1377 sales, up 6.74% since the same time in 2015. Homes were also selling fast, taking just 8 days to go under contract, over 60% faster than last year.
