American Towers

Located in the heart of the Salt Lake City downtown area American Towers comprises of 2 buildings (referred to has the north and south towers) with a total of 357 units. Built in the 80's this complex probably provides the best value for money, although some people are put off by the high HOA fee. Facilities include a swimming pool, hardball courts, exercise facilities, billiards room, indoor and outdoor spas. Security is provided by a 24 hour manned security desk at the front entrance and a key card entry system.

HOA Fee - Range from $250 to $600 (excluding penthouse) Includes gas, air conditioning, and cable.

Prices - Starting at low $200's up to $2,000,000 for a penthouse.

The Parc at Gateway

The Parc Condos at Gateway are located on the west side of town and were constructed as part of the Gateway shopping center project. These modern condos come in a variety of styles including 1 bedroom (approx 700 sq. ft.), 2 bedroom (900 to 1400 sq. ft.), three bedroom 1600 sq. ft., lofts 860 sq. ft, and townhouse 2,100 sq, ft. Facilities include an exercise room, and keycard entry access.

HOA Fee - Range from $170's to mid $200's.

Prices - Starting at the mid $200's for 1 bedroom units and mid $500's for 2 bedroom units.

The Presidential Club

Located at the foot of Emigration Canyon this complex actually comprises of 2 different luxury condo developments, the Presidential Club constructed in 2001 and the Presidential Villas constructed in 2007.

HOA Fee (Presidential Club) - Approx $350.

Prices range from high $200's for 1 bedroom unit, $300 for 2 bedroom unit and $400 for 3 bedroom units.
