GM Family First / Great Moves
The GM Family First / Great Moves program provides incentives for GM Employees and qualified family when buying and selling their Salt Lake City home. The incentives are provided when they use the services of GMAC Real Estate, or GMAC Mortgage.
GMAC Real Estate Incentives
If you buy or sell your home through GMAC Real Estate then you can receive $4 for every $1000 of your homes value. So if you buy a home for $400,000 then you will receive $1600 'cash back'. What's more you receive this 'cash back' incentive for both purchases and sales, so if you use GMAC Real Estate for both then you will receive the $4 per $1000 on both the sale price and the purchase price.
Designed to give exclusive mortgage values those eligible can receive:

- GM (Hourly and Salaried)
- GM Dealership
- GM Shareholders
- GM Suppliers and Eligible Companies
Eligible family members of employees, retirees and their surviving spouses include grandchildren, children, parents, siblings and in-laws (mother, father, sons, daughters, brothers and sisters).
