Rainey Homes - North Shore Daybreak

Rainey Homes are a high-end home builder responsbile for building much of Daybreak's larger homes. In North Shore Village, Rainey's homes have noticably increase in size over those seen in Daybreak's previous villages. Thier largest single family home is now a monster 6382 square feet, over 4,000 of which is finished as standard.

Rainey are building a total of four different single family home models, each of which comes in a number of different exterior options. Standard features include stainless steel appliances, double ovens, granite countertops, 9' or 10' ceilings, grid and coffered ceilings (as per plan), 3 or 4 car garage with keypad entry.
