Holmes Homes are introducung 11 new single family home models to North Shore, Mansion style homes and Lofts & Flats.
The single family homes feature a mixture of 2 story floor plans and rambler floor plans. Sizes range from 1462 finished square feet to 2158 feet, all the homes are slab on grade and so do not feature basements.

Holmes Homes other new introduction for North Shore with not appear until 2009. Bay Lofts and Flats feature modern styling, with a mixture of single level living and two storey loft style homes. These homes feature 1, 2 or 3 bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 650 to 1,150 square feet. Prices start in the $120's.
Mansion style homes are something that were introduced to Daybreak in East Lake Village. The idea is to provide townhome style properties that from the outside look like they are a single building. Thus replicating the converted mansions that are found in some of Salt Lake's older neighborhoods. Each mansion consists of three townhomes, with each townhome having a different floor plan.
