Daybreak Utah Garden Park by Ivory Homes

Garden Park is an Active Adult Community which when complete will feature over 500 homes and will be the largest community of its type in Utah.

Garden Park is Daybreaks first 55+ active adult community, and has been designed to provide you with single level living, less yard work and more access to activities such as swimming, fitness, tennis, gardening, or a walk on the lakeside beach. The homes within the community are built by Ivory Homes and provide two different options, Cottages and Garden Homes.

Cottages (Patio Homes)

The Cottages provide for a maintenance free lifestyle, providing a shared a common courtyard area between several homes. These two and three bedroom rambler style homes come in a variety of models, ranging in size from 1392 to 1427 finished square feet.

Garden Homes

Garden Homes are also rambler style homes, but unlike the Cottages, provide a basement which can be used for additional storage, or can be finished to provide extra bedrooms / living space. Garden Homes are either one or two bedrooms and range in size from 2964 (1433 finished) to 3213 (1517 finished) square feet.

Garden Park Daybreak Towns

Townhomes that come in both 2-story and rambler styles, ranging in size from 1,100 to 1,500 square feet. Each townhome comes with a two car garage and enclose terrace.

Garden Park Daybreak Condos

Two story condo buildings, with units ranging in size from 900 to 1,400 square feet. Condos have the benefit of single floor living with elevator access and two car indoor parking.

Garden Park Daybreak Estates

The estate homes offer single level living,, but unlike the other homes found in Garden Park they have individual lots.

 

Home prices start in the $180's. There are also plans for larger homes and easy living condominium homes in future phases of the community.

Amenities

Garden Park is located on the southwest shore of Oquirrh Lake, close to the soon to be completed SaDa Row village center and TRAX line rail. In addition to the many amenities already provided in the Daybreak community, Garden Park will have its own Garden Club. The Garden Club is planned to include a lap pool, fitness facilities, a park and its own community garden.
