Garbett Homes - North Shore Daybreak

Garbett Homes introduce two new styles of homes for the North Shore Village phase of Daybreak, each of which is targeted at the first time buyer segment of the real estate market.

Garbett specialize in townhomes, and their Bay Townhomes bring something that you might not expect to see in Daybreak. These ultra modern style homes are ideal for single people and young couples, and look like something you would expect to see in a modern downtown development, not at all like Daybreaks period home styles. Starting in the mid $100's, these homes spearhead Kennecott’s new approach for higher density homes. Each two bedroom home is spread over three floors, with three home plans ranging in size from 980 to 1183 square feet.

Garbett's other new introduction for North Shore with not appear until 2009. Bay Lofts and Flats will again feature modern styling, with a mixture of single level living and two storey loft style homes. These homes will feature 1, 2 or 3 bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 650 to 1,150 square feet. Prices are expects to start in the low $100's.

It is also worth noting that Garbett are also still building their Terrace Condos in Founders Village. These condos are priced in the mid $100's and feature 3 bedrooms with 1,344 square feet.
