Garbett Homes - North Shore Daybreak

Garbett Homes introduce a style of homes for the North Shore Village phase of Daybreak, which is targeted at the first time buyer segment of the real estate market.

Garbett specialize in townhomes, and their Bay Townhomes bring something that you might not expect to see in Daybreak. These ultra modern style homes are ideal for single people and young couples, and look like something you would expect to see in a modern downtown development, not at all like Daybreaks period home styles. Starting in the mid $100's, these homes spearhead Kennecott’s new approach for higher density homes. Each two bedroom home is spread over three floors, with three home plans ranging in size from 980 to 1183 square feet.

Garbett Homes are also building the solar-powered Solaris Collection. These single family homes provide an affordable option for those poeple wanting to purchase an eco-friendly solar-powered home. The two and three bedroom homes range in size from 2,112 to 2,791 square feet (with optional basement) and start in the low $200's. The Solaris Collection model home is located in North Shore, while the actual homes will be located close to the charter school in Founders Village.

It is also worth noting that Garbett are also still building their Terrace Condos in Founders Village. These condos are priced in the mid $100's and feature 3 bedrooms with 1,344 square feet.
