Development located on the east bench between Utah's 2 main population areas of Salt Lake City and Provo. Rainey Homes are currently selling 2 developments Canyon Heights and Eagle Crest. These developments comprise of both rambler and 2 story single family homes with large lots ranging from 0.28 to nearly 2 acres. These 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes range in size from 2000 to 5000 square feet (2000 to 3000 square feet finished). Local amenities include swimming pool, market and medical offices.
