Ivory Homes New Home Developments

Ivory Homes is a local builder and is one of the largest new home builders in Utah. Because of the large number of developments currently being constructed I have split them by the county in which they reside.

Ivory Homes Salt Lake County - This is the oldest county and contains the downtown area of Salt Lake City. Also included are the cities of Draper, South Jordan, West Jordan, Sandy, West Valley City, Midvale, Taylorsville, Herriman and Riverton. Most new home developments currently being built are located on the west or south part of the valley.

Ivory Homes Utah County - Located to the south of the Salt Lake Valley and south of Salt Lake County this includes, Lehi, Highland, and Cedar Hills. Due to the lack of available land in Salt Lake County a large number of developments are currently being constructed in the northern Utah County area.

Ivory Homes Davis County - Located to the north of Salt Lake County this includes the cities of Layton, Farmington, Syracuse, Kaysville, and Fruit Heights. Again the lack of land in Salt Lake County is forcing new home builders to move further north and you can find a large number of developments in Davis County particularly around the Syracuse area.

Ivory Homes Tooele County - Tooele County is located to the west of Salt Lake City, to the south of the Great Salt Lake. The main cities are Tooele and Stansbury Park. Stansbury Park started life has a planned community, and is home to much of the new home developments that can be found in the area.
