Gold Medallion Homes - South Jordan
Daybreak - 4574 W. Kestrel Ridge Rd.
The Daybreak development is located on over 4,000 acre's of land and will include when its finished 4000 homes, 5.2 million feet of retail space, and 2.4 million feet of office space. Set of the west bench which provide spectacular views of the Oquirrh mountains, this development will provide over 1200 acre's of open space including a recreational lake. There are also plans to connect the valley's tram system providing easy access to much of the Salt Lake Valley. Homes range from 1400 to 2100 square feet.
