Salt Lake County Utah Quarter 1 2007 Home Prices

While the rest of the U.S. is seeing a downturn in the real estate market Utah continues with its strong growth. In the first quarter 2007, 15 of the 31 Salt Lake County zip codes saw home price appreciation of more than 20% in the past year. In fact one of the West Valley City zip codes 84128 went up more than 35%. The largest increases were seen in the traditionally cheaper areas of the valley, for example West Valley City, Magna.
