Salt Lake County Home Prices 4th Quarter 2006
The 4th quarter 2006 saw home prices in Salt Lake County increase in all but 1 zip codes. The largest gain was seen in Holladay 84117 where prices were up 48.82% compared to the same time last year. The only zip code to go down in price was 84101, but there were only 8 homes sold so the results are subject to large fluctuations. The days on market did increase in the quarter but this is normal for this time of year, if you compare to last years data the number of days on market is actually lower for most zip codes.
