Salt Lake County Utah 2007 Annual Home Prices
Although 2007 showed signs of a slowdown in the Salt Lake County real estate market, single family home prices continued to show strong gains throughout 2007. All zip codes with the exception of 84103 (Salt Lake City Avenues / Capital Hill area), returned median home price gains compared to 2006.
The areas returning the largest gains were:
- West Valley - 84128 - up 24.43%
- Magna - 84044 - up 20.45%
- Salt Lake City - 84101 - up 19.45%
The areas with the worst return were:
- Salt Lake City - 84103 - down 6.29%
- South Jordan - 84095 - up 3.28%
- Salt Lake City - 84105 - up 4.91%
