1st Quarter 2016 Home Prices
The Davis County housing market had another good quarter at the start of 2016. Just like Salt Lake County median sales prices increased (up 6.52% to $244,900) and the median time on market dropped (down 41% to 28 days). Home sales did decline in the quarter, down 5.92%, but this could be down to a lack of homes for sale and tightening inventory levels.
